Commonly Asked Questions

Q:

I see that you're requiring an 18% "service fee" to be added to the deal BEFORE the discount. Is this to be considered a "tip" for good service given to the waitstaff, or would the tip be an additional, discretionary amount.based upon the usual guidelines of 15-20% of the amount paid?

Michael F.  asked on  Aug 27, 2013

A:

The 18% "service fee" is considered the tip. That being said, you may feel free to leave more than 18% if you feel that the waitstaff and service was exceptionally good.

More Questions and Answers

Q:

Can you buy one for yourself, and one as a gift at the same time for a total of $118? If so, how do you do this??

Darlene E.  asked on  Sep 1, 2013

A:

Unfortunately, there is not currently a way to purchase multiple Groupons across different options. You will have to make two separate purchases if you want to buy one as a gift and one for yourself.

Q:

How does this work? Do we present the groupon before being seated or when the bill comes or what?

Stacey S.  asked on  Aug 28, 2013

A:

A reservation is recommended, so you would call (972) 733-1110 and mention your Groupon. Then present the Groupon to your sever when seated.

Q:

If we don't drink coffee, can we ge tsoft drinks during meal instead?

john w.  asked on  Aug 26, 2013

A:

Unfortunately the coffees cannot be substituted for soft drinks, but the value can be applied to other after dinner drinks such as cappuccinos, cafe latte, hot chocolates, etc. It is best to defer to the manager on duty when redeeming the Groupon.
