About Rail Hop'n Brewing
Much like many other craft breweries, Rail Hop'n Brewing started with a home brew system and a passion. Today, it's a handcrafted 7 BBL system, where a family of brewers mixes up hops and yeasts for a variety of new and experimental flavors. In 2016, the brewery even opened a tap room where nine taps pour out an ever-changing selection of their frosty brews. There, patrons can mosey on up to the bar, sit down at a table, or even grab a chair on the outdoor patio when the weather is nice. Here's a list of some of their beers that they've crafted up so far:
- Muzzle Loader IPA: A hazy orange IPA with a medium body and lingering taste of hops. 6.5 ABV
- Firebox Jalapeno Amber: This dark copper beer bursts all the way through with a touch of heat and flavors of green peppers and jalapenos. 6.1 ABV
- Bullgine Nut Brown: A thick brown pour that exudes creaminess and malt with flavors of chocolate, nuts, and vanilla. 6.3 ABV
