Q:

On your website the tasting menus are priced at $52 (regional) and $72 (100 mile). I'm just wondering, as a vegetarian (and I saw your responses to the questions above, that you are able to offer vegetarian options), how this becomes a 'deal' if your vegetarian tasting menu is only $52? Would I be able to use the promotional value of the coupon (i.e. as a $200 gift certificate) if my meal isn't as expensive as the value of the groupon?

Chelsea G.  asked on  Oct 18, 2012

A:

Our 4 Course Vegetarian Menu is $52. As a substitution for the tasting menu offered through groupon, we have created a special 8 Course Vegetarian Menu.

Q:

when making a reservation do we need to indicate it is for the tasting menu? I noted that you require 48 hours on the groupon but it doesn't refer to that.

yvonne p.  asked on  Oct 16, 2012

A:

Yes, please mention your Groupon when making your reservation.

Q:

How are your gluten-free options? Is it a big deal or a little deal for you to make dishes without wheat-based soy sauce, barley, wheat flour, oats, spelt, kamut, rye....? Thanks!

Patti B.  asked on  Oct 15, 2012

A:

Hi there, issues with gluten are an increasing issue. We are well versed in our products and can easily adjust the menu to accommodate your restrictions.

Q:

I can not see a comparable menu on your website... nothing that is 8 courses for $200

Tina D.  asked on  Oct 15, 2012

A:

Most of our tasting menus are very seasonal so are not listed on our website. The closest you would find listed would be our 5 Course '100 Mile' Menu. A lot of the product which we are showcasing in this menu are dishes that will be added to our regular menu over the next couple of weeks.

Q:

Hi, In my past experience, the term "tasting dinner" has meant I leave the restaurant hungry. In your opinion, would a person with a large appetite be satisfied with this meal?

Bobbi L.  asked on  Oct 14, 2012

A:

Although I can't answer for everyone's appetite, it has been my experience that our tasting menus should provide you with a satisfying meal, leaving you fully sated.
