What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Raleigh Personal Training is not a health club, nor do we sell memberships.Our programs include an emphasis on: fat loss, flexibility, firming and toning, cardiovascular health, post-rehab conditioning, injury prevention and recovery, sport-specific exercise programs, and boxing lessons.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Do you need an extra push? Are you tired of having to think about what to do in the gym? Maybe you have never worked out with free weights. At Raleigh Personal Training, your trainer stays with you every step of the way, helping you steadily see improvement and progress in your workouts.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My inspiration and reason behind being in fitness is to help people meet their fitness and health goals.

At Raleigh Personal Training, clients work out with personal trainers by their side from start to finish. These coaches help them through warm-up stretches, weight-machine work, free weight exercise, box jumps, trips on the elliptical, and the cool down. They also dispense nutritional counseling to help individuals achieve the correct intake of protein, calcium, and sugar cubes.
