What You'll Get
Originally a still-life art form, boudoir photography switched to human subjects when clothiers stopped making apple-size garter belts. Bite the fruits of seduction with today’s Groupon: for $75, you get a boudoir, glamour, or pin-up photo package at Revolution Studios in Cary (a $386 total value). The package includes the following:
- Wardrobe and styling consultation
- 45-minute portrait session
- Post-shoot print consultation
- Two 4”x6” prints</p>
Infusing each shoot with artistic professionalism and energetic good humor, the shutter clickers of Revolution Studios relax clients while capturing smoldering shots. Models are encouraged to bring clothing and props from home, consulting with stylists to find the most sensual look, rejecting the collection of footie pajamas and agreeing upon up to three final outfits. For 45 minutes, practicing pin-ups show off their best vavoom lip pouts and enticing eyes under flattering professional lighting, configured to resemble flickering candles or flooding stadium lights.
After the session, clients receive access to a private web gallery on which they can peruse their poses before returning to the studio for a post-print consultation. The winning prints are decided upon with a retouching artist present to smooth over skin imperfections or gloss over a persistently noticeable second head. Two 4”x6” prints grace the homes of strutting portrait subjects, though the value of this Groupon may be applied to other products should you desire an artillery of sexy wallet-size pictures to hand out to family pets.

About Revolution Studios
An ultramodern white loveseat sits framed by a wall decked in vinyl records and a zebra-print rug. There, a figure strikes an edgy pose. Though it might sound like a scene from a music executive's metropolitan loft at the height of the Swinging Sixties, the action plays out far closer to home. At Revolution Studios, glamour is only a costume change away. During their photography shoots, they pair individuals and couples with the scenery and inspiration. The team at Revolution Studios encourages their clients to express themselves through personal props and wardrobe choices. In addition to devising personal styles, clients can also have hair and makeup done by on-site experts.
