Ralph and Sons - very easy to make an appointment and he was very timely on appt Day. Ralph (the son) was very customer focused and friendly. He was respectful our home (shoe coverings) and thorough in his service; spraying all areas around my home. I would recommend them to new customers and will be using them again. Ralph (son) arrived a little early, what a pleasant surprise. I asked about pet friendly products as we have a small do at home. He assured me it is a water based product that is safe for pets. I asked about quarterly services and rodent issues. He explained everything. Very happy with Ralph and Sons. Plan to sign up for quarterly service & rat bait box outside of our quad-condo building.
