Are there any other fees? I did Invisalign before, but decided not to get the splint at the end of the treatment, so my teeth have shifted. I'm interested in doing Invisalign again and get the splint put in at the end of the treatment. I remember there were some x-ray fees and the like. Please let me know the details, so that I can access if I can afford this right now. Thanks so much!

Thanks for your question Lillian. The Groupon price of $2,799l is for the full Invisalign treatment plus a take-home teeth whitening kit. The exclusions and restrictions apply as detailed in the 'fine print' on the deal page. The 'Splint' that you have referred to, is the fixed/bonded lingual retainer, which will be at an additional cost after your Invisalign treatment is complete. There are no other additional fees towards x-rays or the like. Feel free to call us for any additional questions, and of course I will be very happy to assist you with a complimentary consultation with Dr Randhawa, if you so desire before the expiration of the Groupon deal. Thanks, and have a great day Lillian, Sherry B. Patient Coordinator for Dr Randhawa

Good Evening, I'm interested in purchasing this deal. During the initial consultation, what criteria do you use to constitute someone who qualifies for invisalign vs a "non-candidate?" Thanks. Please email me at Best, Brittan

Brittan  asked on  Nov 10, 2012

Thanks for your question, Brittan. Invisalign system can be the applied to a vast majority of orthodontic issues. However, there are some severe situations like jaw size issues where surgery may be needed or when some teeth may be impacted or severely mis-positioned, when Invisalign may not be considered the right choice. Dr Randhawa on your first visit will be able to tell if you are a good candidate for Invisalign or not. If you so desire, I can help you schedule your complimentary diagnostic visit before this Groupon deal expires. Dr. Randhawa is available in the Union City office today till 5:00 pm Please feel free to call us at 510-471-1255 and I will be happy to assist you. Thanks and have a great day. Merie Macias, Patient coordinator for Dr Randhawa.

I am in the midst of making a decision regarding getting the Groupon special that you are currently offering. I already had full mouth braces when I was in high school. I am in my early 40's and my lower teeth have shifted quite a bit. I am also wearing a partial due to an infection of a root canal with a bridge. I am interested in straightening just my lower teeth, not my upper teeth. Your special is for both lower and upper teeth. I am also wearing a partial due to an infection of a root canal with a bridge on lower part. Is there a way I can buy the special for the price of just the lower teeth? What do you recommend for me in my particular circumstance? Thank you, GB

Hey GB. Unfortunately, Invisalign does not differentiate between a single arch vs dual arch. We would love to schedule a complimentary consultation for you to come in before the deal is over and have Dr. Randhawa take a look. This way he can answer all your questions, and let you know if you are a good candidate for Invisalign. Feel free to call us if you have any other questions or would like to schedule a visit at (888)515-4585. Looking forward to hearing from you soon!

Do you accept insurance as part of the payment? For example, my insurance DeltaCare USA covers ortho treatment but I would have a $1900 co-pay and I was hoping to use CareCredit to cover that remaining balance...

Jessica  asked on  Nov 8, 2012

Jessica thanks for your questions. Yes as Groupon has answered above, they only accept major credit cards. To purchase this deal you cannot use CareCredit or your insurance. However when you do come in for a complimentary consultation we can go over your insurance information and see how we can assist you. I'd be happy to help you schedule your consultation at any of our locations, you can reach us at 510-471-1255, we look forward to seeing you soon. Sherry B. Patient Coordinator for Randhawa Dental
