In ancient battles, combatants used war paint to intimidate enemies, inspire cohesiveness, and get in touch with their feminine sides. When it comes to paintball, however, being covered in war paint is less desirable. Give your friends a fresh paint job with today’s deal: $20 gets you a paintball session with equipment at Randolph Paintball, a $35 value.
This deal is good at any of Randolph Paintball's fields; however, the two outdoor fields don't reopen from winter hibernation until spring. Get gunning without waiting for the sun to start functioning again by visiting the newly opened, 10,000-square-foot Astroturf indoor field. Walk-ins are not allowed at the indoor field, so call ahead to reserve your spot. The 20-acre Holbrook field and the Plainville field will reopen in April.
If you've always wished the work of John Woo was more like that of Jackson Pollock and vice versa, you've found your new home. Randolph Paintball is welcoming to newbies; you'll get a safety orientation by staff referees before the games begin. This deal includes all the necessary gear: gun, mask, all-day air, and 200 paintballs. You also have the option to rent a pair of coveralls ($5) or gloves ($1). If you're feeling trigger happy, purchase additional paintballs ($6 for 100), perfect for playing tic-tac-toe on the exposed brickwork in the den. Be sure to dress appropriately: the paint washes out of clothing, but you're going to get really dirty, no matter how gifted a sharpshooter you may be.
Randolph Paintball's indoor field is located in Randolph; the outdoor fields are in Holbrook and Plainville. Game sessions are held Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Sundays starting at 10:30 a.m. in all weather conditions—especially in the non-weather conditions at the indoor field. Make sure to call ahead so you have a spot.

To make every game as exciting, safe, and enjoyable as possible, Randolph Paintball personnel conduct a safety orientation before grouping each game's 15 to 25 players into teams based on age and ability. The center also employs professional referees to oversee every 10- to 15-minute bout, as players target their rivals with semiautomatic, air-powered marking guns during scenarios such as capture the flag and elimination. Rounds unfold across the two outdoor location's eight fields, where participants duck into foxholes or overtake the Lord of the Rings–inspired Helms Deep fortress.
