We had a great experience with Rapid Response Heating and Cooling. Robert made a special trip out to our house, which is a little outside their usual service range. He was knowledgeable, honest, down to earth, courteous, and efficient. He tested our system and gave an honest assessment. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs. We will definitely be using them again!
I appreciate the technician being on time, but I’m very hesitant to continue to use a company that requests to speak to “the man of the house” or “my husband” because “I’m not going to be able to understand.” The technician said something along those lines in MY home, not once, but twice to me.
I continually am unsure what I paid for, as nothing was done to our unit except having the freon levels checked (which we were told were extremely low-so low our air shouldn’t be working yet we have never had an issue-quote of $300.)
gosh, I can't remember his name.. Robert or Richard? ugh.. he was on time, very courteous and thorough. He was honest with me even though I have to go thru another place to get my unit fixed. Highly recommend!
Robert the owner personally came out to service our unit (and on a Saturday, after he had to cancel a Tuesday appt because of the weather!). He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He very quickly diagnosed we were low on freon and was able to fill er up quickly and at a reasonable price.
