Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?

We utilize functional movements in our training which will not only make you stronger, but will transfer over to your everyday life making your daily tasks easier. Our class sizes are small and our coaches keep them fun and exciting while still making SAFETY our number 1 priority. So it doesn’t matter if is your first time working out, or if you’re a seasoned athlete, our knowledgeable coaching staff will be there with you to guide you and motivate you during every session.
What’s the most radical physical transformation you’ve seen a client make?
One of our biggest success stories is Alex T. He lost over 100lb since he started with us. His busy lifestyle and stressful line of work had taken a toll on his weight and health. He started in our Bootcamp program and eventually graduated to our CrossFit program were he is currently still making progress.
When and how did you first develop a passion for fitness?
My whole life I’ve been involved in sports therefore training was a way of life. 5 rears ago I discovered CrossFit and fell in love with it. CrossFit changed me as an athlete and gave me a total new outlook on fitness. I decided to start coaching because helping others comes natural to me and I find joy in bringing the best out of my athletes. Notting is more gratifying than a client approaching after a big PR and telling you “I never thought I would be able to do that”.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn’t cover?
We’re have a different approach to group fitness. Let us help you “Release your inner BEAST”.
