From there, they roast the beans onsite, creating single-origin coffees, such as the rich Serrano Superior medium/dark roast, and blends like the dark chocolate Chatswood. They then package the beans in bags with degassing valves, preserving the freshness in the same way TV producers kept Will Smith looking so young during the run of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.
