About Raven's Cafe d'Art
Raven's Cafe d'Art, located within the Yellowstone Art Museum, could dole out boring fries or pasta salads with its lunchtime eats, but why be like every other restaurant? The eclectic café instead pairs its sandwiches and wraps with sides of yams, in honor of the museum's acronym. It also serves the tuber in the form of a dessert—sweet yams and apples drizzled in a brandy-butter and brown-sugar sauce and served atop ice cream.
Those who aren't fond of yams can request sides of fruit or chips to accompany their roasted-veggie paninis, steak and mushroom melts, and Hawaiian pork sliders. Or they can order one of the salads, all of which come with a piece of housemade bread of the day.
