Instructors lead 10 to 25 students through an ever-changing routine of light running, body-weight training, core work, and navigating obstacle courses. Indoor boot camps also include nutritional guidance and meet at the following locations and times:
- Monday–Thursday at 6 a.m., 9 a.m., 11 a.m., 5:30 p.m., and 6:30 p.m.
- Friday at 6 a.m., 9 a.m., 11 a.m., and 6 p.m.
