What You'll Get
Though it doesn't provide the discomfort and high ticket prices associated with an airport pat-down, a massage is still an effective tool for discovering concealed knives and small firearms. Prove you’re not packing in the most relaxing way with today’s Groupon to ReVibe Pilates & Bodywork: for $39, you get a 60-minute neuromuscular therapy massage (a $65 value) and three drop-in Pilates mat classes (a $30 value), a $95 total value. This deal is not valid for reformer classes, which are marked with an “R” on the schedule.
During the customized neuromuscular therapy massage, the gentle, flowy strokes gently scooch away tension and renew proper lymphatic flow, or they plunge further into your muscles to untie persistent knots and loosen lingering cricks. Let ReVibe's registered massage therapist Kenny Stahl play you like a drum with percussion and vibration while slowly withdrawing chronic pain from your body.
Once you are limber as a sapling, return to tone the core during three Pilates mat classes. Each class is a simple but satisfying session that uses nothing but the floor, constant acceleration due to gravity, and a soft mat. You'll build core strength and overall flexibility, ensuring that the new limberness that the massage released will be etched in stone, or at least in stone-like abs. The favored studio of the Colorado Springs Independent, ReVibe will chisel muscles you never knew you had and improve your everyday posture and movement. For a full list of classes, check the Pilates schedule.
An appointment is required for the massage. All classes must be completed within two months of the initial Pilates class.

About ReVibe Pilates & Bodywork
The class is small, a cluster of hard-working students lift their legs as an instructor walks around them to check posture and adjust forms. The instructors at ReVibe Pilates & Bodywork purposefully keep their Pilates classes intimate to ensure they can attend to each student in turn. This enables the teachers to better help their charges as they build core, arm, and leg muscles by performing exercises on the Reformer machines or on the mat.
In addition to mat and reformer classes, the team also offers massages and bodywork to accommodate a variety of issues for all shapes and sizes. Among the different modalities is Neuromuscular Therapy, a medical massage that helps work out kinks in muscles and connective tissue, and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, which relieves high levels of tension.
