I have purchased a Groupon for three massages. I wish to go to the Jenkintown location. I had originally looked at the calendar on your website, and selected a therapist (Josh) based on description of techniques, who had availability in the next two weeks. But through the Groupon booking tool there are, quite literally, no appointments available with any therapist. Not sure what to do now, because that availability also disappears when I enter the Groupon code in your own booking tool. Thanks, Lucy

The next week is pretty busy as everyone usually books up the first week a groupon is available. If you have further trouble booking for more than a week out, give us a call at 707-739-6801. We do have a high call volume today, so please leave a voicemail if we don't get to pickup right away.

We have spoken to groupon. Their scheduling tool appears to have a glitch with the latest groupons. The way to book until Monday (their scheduling team will be in), is to go to our website: www.reyoumassage.com. Select book now. Select a location, then select 1 hour massage, then select a day and time. It'll ask for your voucher underneath name and phone and email (enter your barcode number here-8 digit number under the barcode). We're trying to reach out to groupon to mail out these instructions to everyone.
