Rebel has been my "go-to" auto shop for several years. What I'm there for is the quality treatment of my vehicle that I always received at a reasonable cost. However, based on the website (which needs updating) I had planned to catch up on some work in their upstairs waiting area. I was disappointed when I arrived that it is no longer offered, but was very disappointed that there was no wi-fi for guests even in the downstairs waiting area. I know Covid-19 has taken its toll, but it seems, at the very least, busy people like myself could get an accurate idea of what a "wait" will entail! A lot of wasted time for me, waiting for excellent mechanical service, which I received. Customer care? Is this what I can expect going forward?

This is my favorite auto shop in town. They don’t sell you things you don’t need and provide excellent service. They also have a game room while you wait, which is great if you have small kids and don’t want to drop off.

Staff was great. Quick service. I will be back.
