I had an initial concern when calling to use y Groupon voucher, as the Rebel rep was not even aware that they had a current Groupon promotion and kept trying to get me to pay a $75.00 service fee on top of what I paid for the service via Groupon. They finally decided to honor the Groupon after 15 minutes of inquiring with other Rebel staff. The tech who actually came out was nice. However, why is it that all of these companies want to sell something else upon arrival? You would earn my future business if you didn't do this. IJS
Very Professional. The tech came to the house on-time & did a complete workup. From the T-stat, to attic unit, to the outside compressor to checking that the Air Registers are producing Hot & Cold Air ( checking to make sure that no ducts are caved in ).
