What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Reboot features four private float rooms, each with a state-of-the-art flotation pod that contains 1,200 lbs. of Epsom salt to ensure an effortless float. You can adjust the lighting and music to your preference, and leave the lid open or closed.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Reboot was born from my desire to share the uplifting effects of floating with the community of San Francisco. The vision was to build a facility that emanated cleanliness and featured large, inviting, and modern float pods that would take floating to the mainstream.

What do you love most about your job?
I’ve been in love with floating for years, so it’s an incredible feeling to share this with people and see them come out completely zen and relaxed. Our pods allow people with claustrophobia to float, so it’s a real treat to hear how much they appreciate the pods and our setup here at Reboot.

What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
We’ve received a ton of great feedback, so it’s hard to pick one, but it’s always amazing to hear people say they feel massive relief from chronic pain and arthritis. Hearing people say it’s much more relaxing than a massage is another great one we get a lot.
