Q:

If I buy the 6 2-hour play passes for $22 and I have 3 boys can I use 3 passes at once or can I only use 1 each visit and pay for the other two which would make me have to come 6 times? Thanks!

Bryan H.  asked on  Feb 18, 2014

A:

Sorry for any confusion caused by the previous answer. For this offer, you'll actually receive a punch card for 6 visits, each punch covers 1 child for 1 visit. The punches can be used by the same child over 6 visits, or can be shared by multiple children (for example, 2 kids over 3 visits, or 6 kids in one visit, etc.). The Groupon voucher needs to be exchanged for a punch card by the expiration date, and the actual punch card doesn't expire.

Q:

When you have a birthday party on a weekday...what are the hours of weekday parties??? Additionally, I need clarification on what you can bring in for the party. Can you bring in pizza and drinks for the room party???? Guess I am a little unsure of what you meant of no outside drinks or food during open play.

For party scheduling inquiries, please reach out to Recreations Outlet at (614) 792-3700. "Chaperones may bring their own food during a birthday party, but outside food and drinks are not allowed during open-play hours" means that if you purchase the birthday party option, you can bring your own food. However, if you purchase the play passes option, you will not be allowed to bring your own food.

Q:

Do you have to schedule the party by May 21st or actually have the party before then? Can you pay extra for more than 15 kids? Can you use it as a class party (up to 19 kids of ones who could come) or does it have to be a birthday? Thanks!!

Claudia B.  asked on  Feb 18, 2014

A:

Parties and visits are both intended to be used by the expiration date of 5/21/14. Their parties are limited to 15 children maximum. You're welcome to use the party for a class of 15 kids or less, it doesn't necessarily have to be someone's birthday.
