About Red Cedar Spirits Distillery
Red Cedar Spirits began its devotion to creating Michigan spirits from scratch in 2012. Since then, it's fermented and distilled a full selection of artisan spirits—from vodka and whiskey to bourbon, brandy, and gin—in its barrels. Such spirits include a tart cherry brandy, called Cherry Eau de Vie and made completely from Michigan Montmorency cherries without added flavors. It also crafts the Melting Pot, a Blend of Straight Whiskies, with twice aged bourbon, rye, and malt as well as Mitten Reserve, 2018 Edition Bourbon, a smooth traditional bourbon aged over four years. Red Cedar hosts these handcrafted flavors in its cocktail bar where it rediscovers classic cocktails like the old fashion.
