How do I make a reservation and what is the rescheduling policy?
Online reservations are required through Red Giant Experiences' website and can be made up to 3 months in advance, with a minimum of 1 hour prior to your desired time. You have unlimited free rescheduling if done before the day of your booking. A $25 fee applies for same-day rescheduling, and a $50 fee for rescheduling within 1 hour of your start time. Rescheduling is not possible at your booking's start time. No refunds. Cannot be split or partially refunded. Purchasers' bookings are subject to all Red Giant Experiences policies, terms, & conditions. If you have questions call or text Red Giant Experiences at 801-753-8601.

Your Groupon purchase includes the reservation fee for a 45-minute session in a private room, access to Utah's largest armory, 4 special effects buttons, custom music selection, all necessary safety gear, a smash plate and stand, wall-plate games, a phone stand, storage bin, and arcade access.
Are smashables provided or included with my purchase?
Smashables are not included. You can purchase items from Red Giant Experiences' smashables shop at $2 per pound, or bring your own smashables for a fee of $1 per pound.
What are the age requirements for participation?
The minimum suggested age for participation is 8 years old. Individuals must be at least 16 years old to participate unaccompanied. For safety reasons, children under the age of 6 are not permitted to enter the rage room.
What kind of footwear is required?
For your safety and to ensure a comfortable experience, closed-toe shoes are required for all participants.
Are there any restrictions on when I can use my Groupon?
