About Red Hills CrossFit
Travis Perkins and Travis Dane each embraced CrossFit for different, yet similar reasons. Perkins—an Army veteran—appreciated the program's emphasis on functional, real-world movements and became so invested that he led workouts while stationed overseas. Dane also appreciated the regimen's full-body focus, which reminded him of his training as a collegiate track and field athlete. Together, they founded Red Hills CrossFit to help share their passion for the functional fitness regimen with others. Students can take advantage of the ever-changing program's scalability by controlling the load and intensity of each exercise as they heft weights, flip oversized tires, jump rope, sprint, and toss medicine balls. This flexibility allows visitors of all ages and fitness levels to safely challenge their physical and mental limits within a supportive, community-oriented environment.
