What You'll Get
Yoga, like sword ownership and sleeping, is an ancient practice whose benefits are just now being appreciated. Reap the rewards of ancient ways of life with today's Groupon: for $35, you get a 10-class pass at Red Hot Yoga (a $110 value).
Owned by Bethany and Wes Vaughn, Red Hot Yoga facilitates stress relief and flexibility with classes that range from hot yoga, which focuses on deep stretches and proper alignment in a 105-degree room, to the all-levels Sunflow cardio sessions. Yoga novices can start with the signature hot class before moving on to the Power 1 and 2 sessions, where the instructors connect poses to create a flowing yoga style. Red Hot Yoga also teaches the hot yoga class in Spanish to accommodate Spanish speakers and non-Spanish speakers who enjoy being confused. Once yogis-in-training are comfortable with the poses in the hot class, the silent hot session can transport them to higher levels of tranquility and silence, as the instructor moves through the poses without explaining them. Classes are scheduled seven days a week, and mats and towels are available to rent at the studio ($1).

About Red Hot Yoga
A household name on the Atlanta yoga circuit, Bethany Vaughn brings 15 years of experience and credibility to Red Hot Yoga. Bethany centers her studio on hot and power yoga styles that are performed in a 100-105-degree setting.
