Great show in an intimate setting! Loved The Stud venue, and the talent! Definitely recommend getting VIP tickets (it equals sitting down where you like and a fancy V on your hand instead of a G). My only qualm is that the tickets come in sets of 2, and I am part of a throuple, not a quad, so bringing a friend on a throuple date seems a bit odd.

The burlesque show wasn’t at all like the previous one we had seen. It was at a different venue the Shelton Theater rather than the Stud. It had a different energy. Not light and fun.Only one portion of it seemed burlesque like and choreographed. When I think burlesque I think choreography, sensuality, sexuality, and tastefulness. This one had odd snippets of movie clips between set changes.

The bar was cute and the bar tender was friendly. The show started 45 min late and once the first hot dancer was over we should have left. I understand that it was in a gay bar like the other Burlesque shows I have been to but this one had 2 nasty old Queens and few other people that were just as nasty in a bad way they were a waste of time because they were not good to look at, funny, nor sexy to watch dance. The announcer was funny though. If you wanted to go to a Burlesque show I would try a different venue.
