If we purchase, when do we receive a receipt and/or contact with the company?

After your purchase you can find your Groupon by signing into your Groupon account at www.groupon.com/mygroupons and clicking "View Voucher" next to the Groupon in your account. Once you download your Groupon, you'll see the instructions for redeeming it listed under "How to use this."
