Diners wonder at the natural beauty of the lobster pizza ($19), in which the scrumptious crustaceans repose in their native fields of black-mission-fig jam, unconcerned by a light drizzle of scallions and blue cheese. Gazes wander to the restaurant's massive bay window and the expansive beachfront and picturesque skyline vistas beyond before settling on the salmon ($23), which lurks under a maple bourbon sauce and swaddles braised and fried leeks in a blanket of chorizo risotto. Brick-pressed chicken in lemon thyme jus ($19) draws upon powerful weight to fill plates like a sumo wrestler in a cafeteria, and red bliss potatoes with sour cream back one or half a pound of new york sirloin steak roasted garlic and chives, broccolini, and a red wine demi glace ($24–$35).
