Q:

1. We have 6 adults, and one child. Can we get all in one jeep? 2. Is Canyons and Cowboys off road enough for thrills, or can we upgrade the Groupon offer Ed from Maricopa, AZ.

ed h.  asked on  Feb 14, 2013

A:

Yes, we are able to take 6 guests per jeep. Canyons and Cowboys is off road and is our one of our most popular trails. It does have a bit of a rock climb but not as much as our Soldiers Pass Trail.

Q:

We are coming for spring training to watch baseball. Last time, years ago we wanted to do this and it was pouring. We would love to book this, but will have our dog with us. He is a med. dog, very well behaved. Could we bring him along in the jeep?

Leanna P.  asked on  Feb 14, 2013

A:

Yes, we are dog friendly. We take dogs up to about 45 pounds. A leash is required.

Q:

Hi Bill, You didn't really answer my question. We are from Canada and are coming to Sedona for an overnight trip from Phoenix. We will be there two days only. If the weather is bad, can we cancel our trip and get our money back? There is no way we can rebook this for a future time when the weather is better because we're leaving Arizona on Feb. 28. Hopefully I've explained things a little better this time.

Arlene P.  asked on  Feb 11, 2013

A:

Arlene, I'm sorry I didn't answer your question completely. We will be as flexible as we can. However, since you are paying Groupon you would have to refer to their refund policy.

Q:

We want to come in two weeks, in the last week of February. What if the weather is bad? Do we get our money back, and if so, how?

Arlene P.  asked on  Feb 11, 2013

A:

I understand your concern, February weather can be unpredictable. You have the ability to book the tour 90 days from date of purchase; we will gladly work with you on rescheduling. Also, we are the only Jeep Tour Company in Sedona that offers Heated Seats, for your comfort - even in rough weather.
