Red's Bar & Grill looks out over the palm trees and rolling hills of the Wigwam resort's golf courses. The eatery even takes its name from "Red," the establishment's head golf pro for more than four decades. However, the food is a far cry from mere spaghetti and golf balls. Instead, it's a fresh twist on pub food. That means dishes such as Crispy Korean Wings, a BBQ Beef Burger with smoked brisket and meatloaf sliders with maple bacon jam on house-made buttermilk biscuits. Visitors can also sip 12 draft beers on the eatery's patio, which has excellent views of golfers honing their swings.
