For owner and licensed medical aesthetician Jane Bulner, Refine Body & Skin Care is the culmination of a journey that began in her native land of Thailand. Her drive for skincare and aesthetics led her to graduate from Bellus Academy in Poway in 2002. She walked across the stage with suitcase in hand, flying from her graduation platform to San Diego, where she would continue training under Dr. Jonas LaForge of Meridian Medical.
