My experience was absolutely amazing! If you like a medium intense workout with an well experienced trainer, Maica Galán Garrido is the BEST! I will be in her class for life lol. Book private session then join a group class.
Excellent studio! Kristan has been my only trainer and she’s amazing. Knowledgeable, compassionate and helpful. And any interaction with front office staff has been superb. I bought another Groupon cause I had such a great experience and I’ll keep going when the Groupons expire :-)
I was really pleased with my private class at the Carmel location and I'm looking forward to the group classes. Staff are very professional and clearly know what they are doing. The facility was exceptionally clean and both staff and other clients are super friendly. I'm so glad I've tried this out and am excited about returning.
