I purchased 2 Groupons . One for carpet cleaning and one for sofa . I thought I was purchasing a legit carpet cleaning company however a lady and man showed up with a rug doctor . The man and lady is very pleasant however their English isn’t too good . After they finished he explained I need a steamer . They allowed me to not use one coupon. I just purchased another Groupon for steaming
