Reginella's Trattoria & Pizzeria
The name "Reginella" means "little queen" in Italian. At first glance, that doesn't seem to have much to do with pizza. But in fact, the famed margherita pizza—with its green basil, red tomato sauce, and white mozzarella resembling the colors of Italian flag—was first created for Italy's Queen Margherita. This appreciation for history is on display at Reginella's Trattoria & Pizzeria, where pizzas and hearty pastas acquaint diners with the flavors of Naples.
The restaurant's wood-fired house specialty pizza mixes mozzarella with grilled chicken, roasted red peppers, and crushed tomatoes, while the spaghetti carbonara luxuriates in a creamy carbonara sauce studded with pancetta. But not everything on the menu sticks to tradition. Guests can also grab philly cheesesteaks and New York–style pizzas customized with an array of toppings.
