Their work was excellent, however their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I scheduled the tub re-glazing to happen, and when they didn't show up that day, I tried contacting them every single day for 5 days. I then got in-touch with Groupon who then had to harass them multiple times until they finally said they "lost my number." I re-contacted them and set up another appointment with them, which they did show up for, and the 2 guys that came did EXCELLENT work and cleaned up after themselves very well. The owner then tried to send me an invoice that evening, but I had to remind him that this was a Groupon service and had already been paid for. AAAANNNND... we had it done on our condo that we were selling, so we've since moved out-of-state, but a month later when we were in our new home, I got a call from a stranger who said the owner gave him my number as a reference, b/c he'd asked him for a few recent clients he could speak to about their work! I never gave anyone permission to provide that information, so I was VERY unhappy about that, but I was very transparent with the caller about my experience. So, like I said, the work they do is great, however their administration leaves a lot to be desired.
