Lessons are held in the morning and afternoon (exact time is determined by the tide) every day of the week through September; they convene at the far north end of the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, next to the Henlopen Hotel.

Students of all ages, experience levels, and skill sets take to the waves under the friendly guidance of Rehoboth Beach Boarding School's surf instructors. Every member of Rehoboth's teaching team has at least 10 years of surfing experience, deep knowledge of the local waters, and is CPR and First Aid certified. Classes are limited to 10 students, with two instructors on hand at all times. With an emphasis on water safety and technical understanding, two-hour lessons teach proper surfing etiquette both in and out of the water while providing individualized attention to help students realize their aquatic ambitions. Lessons are tailored to suit each student's goals to create a fun, non-intimidating learning environment, and the Delaware beach's waves are just the right size for catching.
