I wasn’t sure that I’d be able to relinquish control enough to be hypnotized. This was actually a very cool session though. I felt like I was in & out of consciousness, like during a massage or a catnap. The mediation made my body feel weightless, but I still felt mentally in control. I was shocked at what I remembered in my session from a past life & how I became emotional recalling the details.

I really appreciated the past life regression session with Jessica. I wasn't sure what to expect and wasn't sure if it would work for me.
I set my intention at the beginning to recall a past life that would provide me with insight into this lifetime and Jessica walked me through a form of meditation. It was a very relaxing and easy process and it worked! I was able to recall some details from a past lifetime from three centuries ago. I now have a better understanding of how something in the past has impacted my current situation. Thanks for that Jessica!

I have been in an emotional roller coaster for over year. I friend of mine wanted to help decrease some of my anxiety and stress that has had a significant hold on me. It has been truly hard to let go. Anyway she got me connected with Jessica through a Groupon Hypnosis to see if this can help. I was skeptical because not sure how this works. However after our session I felt relaxed. Jessica was so professional and kind and caring and very easy to talk to about how she can be of help. She recently contacted me to check on me and see how I was doing letting me know she is still her if I needed anything. Who does that??? Not a lot of people. Just want to thank you and tell you I appreciate you.

I bought this groupon in hopes of helping my dietary & weight issues. Jessica was very responsive & professional. Most importantly, so far, it's been working fantastic! I have not had any chocolate in almost 3 weeks. I'm eating healthier and sticking to my plan. I highly recommend her.
