If the party bus does not arrive or is more than 20 minutes late, or does not show up at all (if mechanical failure occurs in which you would be notified and full refund given or substitution, if available, would be provided upon your approval), merchant might compensate with extra, additional time free of charge or partial refund if over 20 minutes late or full refund. 1 change is allowed per reservation per booking AFTER submitting the reservation free of charge.
