On this Groupon-exclusive Healdsburg culinary adventure, up to 16 kitchenauts meet at Relish Culinary Center before travelling across the street to a kitchen tour and tasting at Charlie Palmer’s Dry Creek Kitchen. Back at home base, a local cheese maker leads a dairy tasting, and guests help to complete their own lunches from locally grown ingredients complemented by local wines. The tradesman responsible for cultivating these ingredients joins the group to discuss his or her sustainable practices, and the difficulties of teaching crops to recycle.
