Before fun parks, adventure-seeking families were forced to choose from mundane parks, irksome parks, and parks that were open fields set up with PA systems blasting early Pat Boone records. Enjoy a park devoted to entertainment with today’s Groupon: for $14, you get any combination of four of the following: a game of laser tag (a $7 value), a round of mini golf (a $7 value), a go-kart ride (a $7 value), and 28 tokens for arcade games (a $7 value) at Renaissance Fun Park on Park Place Drive. You can mix and match park attractions according to your preference; plus, you'll get an additional 16 tokens (a $4 value).
Renaissance Fun Park combines cars, lasers, and clubs to entertain entire humans of all ages. Laser-tag games take participants through foggy passageways and dark arches in the multi-level laser matrix for 20 minutes, while two mini-golf courses, each with 18 holes, challenge putters to maintain a steady hand, smooth stroke, and concentration under pressure. Renaissance Fun Park's go-karts propel riders through 12–15 laps on a tightly twisted track with curves and straight stretches that will teach new drivers how to navigate state highways and paved corn mazes. Double-seat karts allow riders under 56” to ride along with a licensed adult. With tokens in hand, gamers can attack any of the arcade's more than 30 video games in hope of breaking records or improving hand-eye coordination for a career as a surgeon.
Not valid toward group packages or birthday parties.
