Is the Xtend Barre class appropriate for beginners?

Hi Leslie, While Xtend Barre is not a beginner level workout, it is appropriate for beginners who are learning the method and can easily be modified accordingly. We refer to the Xtend Barre Workout as an 'Open Level' class since students who are new to Barre can attend the class along with those who have experience. Most all beginner Barre students become positively addicted to Xtend Barre. I highly recommend that you give it a try! We hope to work with you soon. Danielle
