Renew Fitness's founder Michael Camarena knows what it's like to set fitness goals. As a former competitive cyclist, he spent his childhood and teenage years racing at the national level, pedaling alongside several riders who would eventually go on to compete in events such as the Tour de France. Preparing for these championship races inspired Camarena to constantly better himself both mentally and physically. This motivational spirit eventually became the driving force behind Renew Fitness, where Camarena shares his enthusiasm with his members.
He and his team of trainers help patrons of all ages and fitness levels reach their goals with custom training programs. And throughout the week, they lead group classes, which use plyometric exercises, resistance training, cardio work, deep stretches, and mathematical brain teasers to provide a full-body workout. They can tailor the intensity of each exercise to accommodate both beginners and pros, ensuring guests can make progress at a comfortable pace that still manages to provide a suitable challenge.
