Amber Sam knows what it takes to do a complete 180. Once an overweight banker with little energy, she decided to change her life by employing healthful habits and stress-busting therapies, an effort that resulted in an 80-pound weight loss and heightened control of her diabetes. Seeing what these treatments could do for her, she left her job and opened Renew Wellness Spa, where she and her staff inspire clients to make more healthful choices and encourage disease prevention.
