My rep was very thorough, detailed and he spent a lot of time with me. The meeting was an enjoyable experience, no hard sell, long but we stayed on-topic. I felt that he really cared about my home and my needs as a single, homeowner. He was very nice to my dog from the get-go so I trusted him immediately. I would advise that you set aside a good 2 hours to devote to the process and have an anticipated budget for expenses - keep in mind that it is Anderson, top of the line quality products. I was ready to proceed and unfortunately, seriously it was really a shock to find out the next day that I was looking at some unforeseen medical expenses which had to take precedence over everything- at Christmas time, no less. I was unable to proceed with my project which, all things considered, was very affordable under different circumstances. Extremely disappointed, I had to make the dreaded phone call that the project had to be shelved. My rep handled it like a pro he was. Thus, when the time is right, I *will* call Anderson again and request the same rep.

Excellent installation- ver professional staff from the sales rep to the installers. My house was left in great condition- they cleaned up after themselves. I recommend this company.
