I contacted the company prior to purchasing. I needed to know if it was handicapped accessible. I explained we had a person with a cane and a person with a walker. I was assured there would not be a problem getting the person with the walker into the bus. And if there were a situation that arose that needed help to get her in, that the bus driver would be more than happy to help with that. Well, when we arrived and saw how steep the step was to get into the bus, I asked The bus driver if they could assist in front of. And I would be behind… There was no assistance given, offered, or response to my request. The interior of the bus was very accessible. But as the Bus started the tour, the windows were totally fogged up. People were trying to wipe the windows and and effort to actually see the lights that we were being driven by. Finally, after about a half an hour of people using their hands, the sleeves of their jackets or clothing, the bus driver stopped and brought paper towel to be handed to the people in the bus. But honestly, the only time we could see any of the lights was by looking out the front window. I would not recommend this for anyone who has a true love of Christmas lights and wants to see them utilizing this venue. The bus driver, instead of having a sign up regarding Kipps being welcomed, she made it a point to let everyone know verbally that the fee that was paid for this excursion did not include her tip.. I utilize Groupon a fair amount. I have never been as disappointed in a purchase as I was with this.
