What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We offer upfront pricing with easy online booking and 24/7 customer support. Almost all "extras" are included without surprise up-charges. Our service is insured, and our maids work for us - we don't subcontract.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We saw a need for a more reliable, user-friendly service in the area that caters to the vacation rental owner as well as the homeowner. We had so much trouble finding a service capable of taking care of our rental that we decided to start our own.

What do you love most about your job?
We love being able to provide the best service and interact with happy customers and employees. And the Big Bear scenery isn't so bad, either.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Our best feedback was when a customer thanked us for being able to let renters in during any emergency lock-out they had. He couldn't believe we were able to respond so fast and we took pride in helping to save the day.
