What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We have been in the computer business for 10 years and have various backgrounds in Windows and Mac technologies. We have been fixing phones since the original iPhone. We also provide IT support for companies who don't have an IT Department but still have computer needs.
What do you love most about your job?
Having worked with retail sales as well as on the service side with small business owners to support the needs of their company and employees in terms of computer hardware and IT services, I have a strong track record of helping find solutions.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Customers often bring us in baked goods when we provide them with excellent service and a fair price, but one customer brought us a signed picture from their Louisville born celebrity daughter!
