What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? Our coaches have a depth of experience unparalleled in the region - they've fenced and coached at the highest levels of the sport, on collegiate, national and Olympic teams.

What equipment is provided? Is there anything visitors need to bring? _Bring athletic clothing (sneakers, t-shirt, track pants) and we'll provide all the specialized safety equipment. _

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Both of our head coaches, coach the Duke University varsity team. We wanted to share our wealth of experience and love of the sport with young athletes (and young-at-heart) in the Triangle.

What do you love most about your job? Seeing our students setting high goals and striving to achieve them, whether in sports, academics, or all other facets of their life.
