Metabolic boot camp attendees tackle both cardio and strength training, performing squats, pushups, and lunges before sprinting and throwing medicine balls. Participants should bring an exercise mat, small hand weights, and a water bottle to class. The BodyMetrix system uses ultrasound technology to measure body-fat percentage and weight distribution to help trainers see where clients store fat and generate workout plans designed to target those areas. Clients attend two boot-camp sessions a week for three weeks with the six-sessions option, and three sessions a week with the nine-session options. Classes are Monday through Friday at 5:30 a.m., Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9:30 a.m., Monday and Wednesday at 7 p.m., and Saturday at 7 a.m. and 7:45 a.m. Sessions are 45 minutes.
