if i could give 0 stars, i would. truly the WORST experience i’ve had by far. very rude, very disrespectful, worst facial & the place was very creepy. some background info, i had a groupon voucher & called to make an appointment. i had to reschedule the appointment for another day, she said they don’t accept groupon bookings for weekends so i booked one for friday. when i got to my appointment the door was locked and no one was inside. lady next door said “they usually come once the client is already here” so i had to wait for 10 minutes for her to get there. when i did she said she doesn’t do groupon facials on weekends. i told her it’s a friday and she said they consider friday a weekend. she argued for 30 minutes with me and then finally gave me the facial which ONLY consisted of a mask that she put on my face for 40+ minutes. that’s literally it. she had a very bad attitude and was very unprofessional. AVOID HER & her business.
