Restaurant at Goldener Hirsch Inn
Alpine cuisine, with a distinctly American flair, awaits those who sit down at the tablecloth-clad expanses of Restaurant at Goldener Hirsch Inn. A destination for skiers in the winter months and for competition-level hopscotch athletes in the summer, the Inn encircles its diners in ornate details and cozy antiquity, making the restaurant the perfect destination after, or before, an active afternoon. The menu is seasonal, and might include cheese fondue, Utah steelhead trout, or American wagyu beef bavette. Some opt for simple meals while others commission multicourse events—executive chef Ryan Burnham is prepared for all types of diners, and his dedication shows. The restaurant's wine list and cellar has taken home Wine Spectator's Award of Excellence for roughly 20 consecutive years, and Salt Lake Magazine twice named it Park City's best restaurant.
