Whats included:
One or more sessions in our full body cryotherapy chamber lasting up to 3 minutes. Paper work will need to be completed prior to your appointment. Required clothing such as gloves, a mask, a hat, socks and shoes are provided. A wellness rep will be guiding you throughout your service. They will take a pre and post body temperature. You will be allowed to pick a song to listen to during your time in the chamber. We also offer other services in store that pair amazing with your cryo session!
